Site-Specific Collaborative Live Art Performances

SEED

Seed, a creative research project inspired by Frensham Ponds, saw The Dance Movement's team of artists working with five groups of young people. Weekly youth and school clubs came together for six weeks to create the performance material. The event saw 45 performers transform the Great Hall at Farnham Maltings into a sensory woodland space; with a 100 logs for seats, four giant projection screens and 100 lanterns, as well as a natural sound and film score reflecting their creative responses to Frensham Ponds.
