Dance Artist Opportunity Guildford

Guildford Borough Council and The Dance Movement are working together to provide an opportunity for a Guildford based dancer to develop their dance skills in working with boys.

The Dance Movement has been developing boys dance in South West Surrey since 2006.  Two dance classes are currently delivered in Farnham and Guildford, the boys feed into professional dance programmes with visiting companies and receive ongoing weekly technique classes.  We are recruiting a dance artist to work with the Programme Director of The Dance Movement over one academic term to receive training in leading boys dance sessions; the artist would be expected to take on the weekly class in Guildford and commit to working for at least 12 months.
