Jo runs the community dance company Enigma Dance, based in Guildford as well as having the role of Dance Development Officer for Surrey County Council.

Company Secretary and Director, Claire Fargeot
Claire is company secretary bringing the benefit of her 20 years' experience in the financial community. Within the arts Claire has developed and run her own record label, music promotion and publishing company within the Jazz and Blues genre.

Advisory Member, Helen Cundy
Helen is now a freelance arts manager with expertise in collaborative dance projects. Previously Helen has worked as Interim Director for Woking Dance Festival and Arts Manager at Surrey County Council.
