We held holiday creative dance workshops for children on behalf of Farnham Maltings inspired by Disney’s The Lion King.
The workshops were held as part of the Farnham Maltings’ and G live's school holiday arts activities programmes and took place over Easter and the Summer Half-Term.
The dancers worked with choreographers Rachel Palmer and Nicky Norton to create the opening scene from The Lion King. Rafiki was joined by giraffes, flocks of birds, leaping gazelles and the lion pride. The youngsters also crafted to create head dresses, feathered wings and giraffe necks and worked with Rose Perry to be adorned in amazing face and body paints.
